- Party General Secretary To Lam’s visit to Indonesia has drawn wide attention from regional and international media, highlighting the growing potential of bilateral cooperation.

Indonesia’s en.antaranews.com reported that the upgrade of Vietnam – Indonesia’s relations to a comprehensive strategic partnership marks a major milestone, opening vast opportunities in sectors like the green economy, renewable energy, semiconductor technology, defence, security, and maritime affairs. - General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee To Lam, along with a high-ranking Vietnamese delegation, attended a Vietnam - Singapore business roundtable in the city-state on March 13.

With a theme highlighting Vietnam as a destination for the era of science, technology, and financial cooperation, the event was jointly organised by the Vietnamese Embassy in Singapore and the Vietnamese Ministry of Finance. - General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee To Lam, his spouse and a high-ranking delegation of Vietnam arrived at Noi Bai International Airport on March 13 afternoon, concluding their three-day official visit to Singapore at the invitation of Prime Minister and Secretary-General of the ruling People's Action Party (PAP) Lawrence Wong.

During the visit, General Secretary To Lam held talks with PM Lawrence Wong; met with President Tharma Shamugaratnam and Speaker of the Parliament Seah Kian Peng; received Senior Minister and Coordinating Minister for National Security Teo Chee Hean; met with former PM and Senior Minister Lee Hsien Loong; visited the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy (National University of Singapore) and delivered a policy speech on Vietnam’s science, technology, innovation and digital transformation policy in a new era, and opportunities for bilateral cooperation. - Vietnam always considers the US a partner of strategic importance, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh said while receiving US Ambassador to Vietnam Marc Evans Knapper in Hanoi on March 13.

PM Chinh and Knapper acknowledged the results achieved in the relationship between the two countries recently, especially after Vietnam and the US upgraded their relationship to a Comprehensive Strategic Partnership. - The Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU Hanoi) has achieved a significant breakthrough in the latest QS World University Rankings by Subject 2025, with two faculty areas and 12 subjects featured in the rankings.

Among these, 10 out of 12 subjects secured a position in the global top 500, marking a notable achievement for the university. Notably, five subjects have entered the rankings for the first time, while five others improved their standings compared to the previous ranking. Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh provided further details on the Government’s proposal, which involves transferring about one-third of the responsibilities currently handled by district-lev administrations to provincial authorities, while decentralising the remaining two-thirds to the commune-level administrations.
