Long Biên Bridge… One Pillar Pagoda….  Hà Nội Old Quater… Trams passing by Hanoi’s streets in the old time.

They are vivid mural paintings on Phan Dinh Phung streets.

With the desire to convey the values of old Hanoi through paintings,  Phan Dinh Phung high school pupils have painted these murals, hoping to keep beautiful memories of the thousand-year-old city.

Images of an old Hanoi are retraced vividly by painters. For those who have studied at this school, they are surprised the moss walls have been transformed to beautiful murals.

Using murals to beautify urban and streets has been introduced in Vietnam in recent years, and it’s received a warm response from many people.-VNA
