The Vietnamese Embassy in Argentina has held a ceremony to mark the 85thfounding anniversary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3).
Speakingat the event, Vietnamese Ambassador to Argentina Nguyen Dinh Thaoreviewed the 85 glorious years of building and developing the politicalorganisation while highlighting the comprehensive achievements made bythe Vietnamese people during the country’s renewal process in nearly 30years under the leadership of the Party.
In his speech, GeneralSecretary of the Communist Party of Argentina (PCA) Patricio Echegarayunderscored the pioneering role of the Communist Party of Vietnam in thenational liberation cause and expressed his delight at Vietnam’ssubsequent achievements.
Cuban Ambassador to Argentina OrestesPerez hailed Vietnam’s tenacious efforts in building socialism, praisingthe country as a role model for perseverance in protecting socialistprinciples.
For his part, First Secretary of the VenezuelanEmbassy in Argentina Arnoldo Olivares spoke highly of the solidarity andsupport between Venezuela and Vietnam in their respective revolutions.
Healso hailed the strong relationship between the United Socialist Partyof Venezuela (PSUV) founded by the late President Hugo Chavez and theCommunist Party of Vietnam.-VNA
