Hanoi (VNA) – The 14th Asian Youth Forum kicked off in the central coastal city of Da Nang on August 3.

The event was held by the University of Foreign Language Studies under the University of Da Nang and the Japanese organisation Balsamo Outreach for Learning and Teaching (BOLT).

Themed “Developing leaders for the 21st century”, the one-week forum attracted nearly 100 students from Asia and Vietnam.

The youngsters will engage in group discussions in central Hue and Da Nang cities, focusing on social responsibilities, Vietnamese and foreign languages, and art and culture exchanges.-VNA
