Hanoi (VNA) – Prime Minister of the Netherlands Mark Rutte will pay an official visit to Vietnam from November 1-2.

The visit will be made at the invitation of Vietnamese Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, according to an announcement of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs./.
