Quang Binh plans to build world’s longest zip-line system

The People’s Committee of central Quang Binh province has approved a detailed planning scheme to develop the world’s longest zip-line system in Phong Nha – Ke Bang National Park.

Quang Binh (VNA) – The People’sCommittee of central Quang Binh province has approved a detailed planningscheme to develop the world’s longest zip-line system in Phong Nha – Ke BangNational Park.

The zip-line system, alongside a world-class tourismservice complex, will be built in a mountainous area of 350,000 sqm in thePhong Nha – Ke Bang National Park, which is home to Son Doong Cave.

It will run over Chay River to the entrance of Toi(Darkness) Cave to offer travellers a magnificent view of the nature andwildlife there.

The zip-line and the complex will be capable ofserving 1,000 tourists per day.

It is part of the province’s efforts to developtourism, a key industry expected to fuel Quang Binh’s socio-economicdevelopment.-VNA
