Reference exchange rate down 4 VND

The State Bank of Vietnam set the daily reference exchange rate at 22,901 VND per USD on February 13, down 4 VND from the previous day (February 12).

Hanoi (VNA) – TheState Bank of Vietnam set the daily reference exchange rate at 22,901 VND perUSD on February 13, down 4 VND from the previous day (February 12).

With the current trading band of  +/- 3 percent, the ceiling rate applied to commercial banks during the day is23,576 VND/USD and the floor rate 22,206 VND/USD.

Meanwhile, the opening hourrates at commercial banks stayed stable.

Vietcombank kept both rates unchangedfrom February 12, listing the buying rate at 23,160 VND/USD and the sellingrate at 23,250 VND/USD.

Both rates listed by BIDV also stoodunchanged at 23,160 VND/USD (buying) and 23,250 VND/USD.

The buying rate at Techcombank droppedby 5 VND to 23,135 VND/USD, while the selling rate stayed unchanged at 23,250VND/USD.-VNA
