Reference exchange rate goes up 15 VND

With the current trading band of +/-3 percent, the ceiling rate applied to commercial banks during the day is 23,085 VND/USD and the floor rate 21,749 VND/USD.
The opening hour rates at major commercial banks saw some changes from January 8.
Vietcombank adjusted its buying rate down 20 VND to 22,675 VND/USD and selling rate up 40 VND to 22,745 VND/USD.
The buying rate listed at Vietinbank went up 10 VND to 22,675 VND/USD while the selling rate remained unchanged at 22,745 VND/USD.
BIDV kept both rates unchanged at 22,680 VND/USD (buying) and 22,750 VND/USD (selling).-VNA
