The opening hour ratesat most commercial banks stayed stable.
At 8:15 am, Vietcombank listed thebuying rate at 23,070 VND/USD and the selling rate at 23,280 VND/USD, bothunchanged from October 13.
BIDV also kept bothrates unchanged at 23,100 VND/USD (buying) and 23,280 VND/USD (selling)./.
