Reference exchange rate up by 4 VND
The State Bank of Vietnam set its reference VND/USD exchange rate at 22,470 VND/USD on the morning of November 8, up by 4 VND from the day ago.
Reference exchange rate up by 4 VND (Photo VNA)Hanoi (VNA) – The State Bank of Vietnam set its reference VND/USD exchange rate at 22,470 VND/USD on the morning of November 8, up by 4 VND from the day ago.
With the current /- 3 percent VND/USD trading band, the ceiling exchange rate is 23,136 VND per USD and the floor rate is 21,798 VND per USD.
Major commercial banks kept their rates quite stable.
Vietcombank raised its both rates by 5 VND from the previous day to 22, 680 VND (buying) and 22,750 VND (selling), per USD.
Meanwhile Vietinbank and BIDV set 22,680 VND (buying) and 22,750 VND (selling), per USD, unchanged from November 7.-VNA
