Reference exchange rates up 25 VND on February 18

The State Bank of Vietnam set the daily reference exchange rate for the US dollar at 25,832 VND/USD on February 18, up 25 VND from the previous day.

Hanoi (VNA) - The State Bank of Vietnam set the daily reference exchange rate for the US dollar at 25,832 VND/USD on February 18, up 25 VND from the previous day.

With the current trading band of +/- 5%, the ceiling rate applicable for commercial banks during the day is 25,832 VND/USD and the floor rate 23,372 VND/USD.

At major commercial banks, the opening-hour rates saw increases.

At 8:27am, Vietcombank and BIDV listed the buying rate at 25,300 VND/USD and the selling rate 25,660 VND/USD, both up 80 VND from the February 17 morning session./.

PM urges acceleration of public capital allocation, disbursement
