RoK supports rural communes in Tien Giang

The Rural Society of the Republic of Korea (RoK) has supported two rural communes in the southern province of Tien Giang , to improve local people’s living conditions.
The Rural Society of the Republic of Korea (RoK) has supported tworural communes in the southern province of Tien Giang , to improvelocal people’s living conditions.

This is part of aproject funded by the RoK’s Cultural Institute, which aims to carry outcharity activities in the province.

In the frameworkof the project, the society assisted in building two libraries, in TanThanh commune in Cai Be district and Binh Nhi commune in Go Cong Taydistrict, with a total fund of 500 million VND.

Eachlibrary has been equipped with more than 500 books, chairs and desks,and workrooms with the aim of providing more opportunities to the localpeople to learn.

The society has also provided 100million VND to poor households in these communes to help them developpoultry breeding to raise their income./.
