Russian, Thai firms sign MoU on helicopter maintenance centre
Russian Helicopters and Thailand’s Datagate Co. Ltd. have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on cooperation in setting up a maintenance service centre for Russian-made helicopters.

The signing took place at the Singapore Airshow which is being held in the island state from February 6-11.
The centre will provide maintenance, repair and replacement of components and engines.
The parties identified an opportunity to supply spare parts and repair of components of civil helicopters under separate contracts.
A contract for repair of components for Russian-produced Mi-class helicopters was also signed at the exhibition.
In April 2016, Moscow agreed to establish an aviation equipment maintenance centre in Thailand.-VNA
