Seminar on Vietnam held in Russia

The sixth seminar brought together a number of Russian experts in Vietnamese studies as well as Vietnamese scholars from the Ho Chi Minh National Political Academy.
Participants presented 21 reports on Vietnamese socio-economic aspects, such as Vietnam on the threshold of the 12th National Congress of the Communist Party; the role of the Vietnamese Communist Party; and concerns related to foreign relations, the economy and culture.
Associate Professor Dr. Doan Xuan Thuy, Deputy Director of the Political Economy Institute under the Ho Chi Minh National Political Academy, appreciated the topics and themes discussed at the seminar, especially those pertaining to the progress of preparations for the upcoming 12th National Congress of the Vietnamese Communist Party.-VNA
