Speaking at the event, Tran Minh Khoa, Chairman of the Phu Quoc Special Zone People’s Committee, stated: “Throughout our development journey, we have had many dedicated and capable investors, especially Sun Group, who has helped transform this once untamed and quiet land into a highly attractive destination in the eyes of international visitors. Today, as in recent years, Phu Quoc continues to be recognized among the world’s leading destinations, ranking in the global top three according to prestigious travel publications in Europe and the United States.”

Sunset Bazaar – The Commercial & Artistic Heart of Sunset Town

Located at the very heart of Sunset Town, Sunset Bazaar features distinct European architecture. The open-air design offers sweeping ocean views, creating a unique space that blends shopping, dining, and street-art experiences throughout the day and night. Visitors can wander the streets, sip premium coffee, enjoy French pastries, or admire a romantic sunset over the sea.

The district gathers a diverse array of brands and dining concepts-from the iconic French bakery Eric Kayser to the Tribal Grill steakhouse and Japanese dining at Umai. Every street corner can become a “stage” for spontaneous street performances, vibrant themed festivities, and artistic showcases-infusing Sunset Town with youthful energy and dynamic rhythms.

Eric Kayser – A Slice of France in the Heart of the Pearl Island

The very first Eric Kayser bakery in Vietnam officially opened in Phu Quoc, directly linked to Sunset Bazaar. Known worldwide for its artisanal craftsmanship and signature use of natural sourdough, Eric Kayser follows strict traditional baking techniques, with fresh live yeast fermented daily over 12 hours resulting in healthier and superior-quality baked goods.

With its prime location and refined European architecture harmoniously blended with the stunning scenery of Sunset Town, this opening underscores Sun Group’s strategic vision to establish a world-class commercial ecosystem featuring globally recognized brands. The partnership enriches upscale culinary options, catering to travelers in search of premium brunch, café, and patisserie experiences that meet international standards.

Tramonto – An Artistic Journey in Luxury Hospitality

Tramonto is an exclusive luxury wing of La Festa Phu Quoc, Curio Collection by Hilton. Situated directly opposite the iconic Campanile clock tower at the center of the town, the building stands as a Mediterranean-inspired masterpiece-vibrant, romantic, and exquisitely refined.

More than just an accommodation offering, Tramonto presents a curated artistic environment where architectural detailing, interior design, and décor blend harmoniously - bridging Western classicism with Eastern craftsmanship. Each room resembles a “living gallery,” crafted for aesthetes seeking beauty, privacy, and creative inspiration in the heart of Sunset Town. Tramonto will welcome its first guests later this year.

“Symphony of the Sea” – A World-Class Spectacle

“Symphony of the Sea” is an ambitious large-scale entertainment production co-created by Sun Group and two global giants in extreme water-sports performance and fireworks-laser entertainment: H2O Events and Laservision.

Returning for its second season, the show takes place daily at 19:50 in Sunset Town Bay, with three main audience zones: Sun Bavaria GastroPub, the beach area, and Kiss Bridge. Under the direction of world-renowned creative “wizards,” the performance showcases riveting aquatic stunts within a galaxy of special effects-featuring nearly 1,000 fireworks, water-pyro elements, flare effects, aerial kites, and a dazzling visual matrix of lighting and lasers. Along with Kiss of the Sea, Symphony of the Sea makes Phu Quoc the only island in the world that has two firework shows daily.

Kiss Square – The Vibrant Core of the Festive Season

Kiss Square is situated in front of the theater hosting the “Kiss of the Sea” show. Positioned as the new hub for large-scale festivals and community events in Sun Paradise Land, this multifunctional plaza will host a diverse array of cultural and entertainment activities-from lively street performances to international culinary festivals such as Beer King Show and Sunny Show - alongside light and fireworks spectacles. Kiss Square is set to become an energetic gathering point where excitement never stops in Sunset Town.

The November 1 grand-opening event marks a crucial milestone in defining Sunset Town as the central hub of tourism, entertainment, and hospitality in Phu Quoc. It completes a seamless chain of premium experiences - luxury accommodations, artistic shopping districts, elevated gastronomy, and globally benchmarked technology-powered shows.

This milestone signals the beginning of a vibrant, spectacular year-end festive season in Phu Quoc, serving as a strong catalyst to attract a new wave of domestic and international travelers during the peak tourism period.

In the first nine months of 2025, Phu Quoc welcomed 6.5 million visitors, including 1.2 million international arrivals. The launch of a new airline, the introduction of additional flight routes, and a series of attractive new tourism products are serving as an important springboard for Phu Quoc to spark a new wave of investment. The island aims for annual tourism growth of 16.47%, with international visitors increasing by 14.87% per year through 2030, and is especially preparing to host the APEC Economic Leaders' Week in 2027./.
