Speakers included leadersof successful businesses in Japan, including the Director of Metran,Tran Ngoc Phu; the Director of Mottiti, Tong Thi Kim Giao; and theDirector of FPT Software Japan, Tran Xuan Khoi.
Participants shared their experience in making full use of careeropportunities and developments in the Japanese job market, as well astheir plans for the future.
The Vietnamese Embassy’sEducation Counsellor, Do Van Trung, said the number of Vietnamesestudents and apprentices in Japan has been on the rise in recentyears, reflecting the stronger ties between the two countries, andproviding them with opportunities to learn from a world technologypower.
However, he noted that not all students arewell-prepared for studying in Japan, and many students have a difficulttime adapting. He asked the Vietnamese Business Association and otherVietnamese organisations in the country to help the students settle intotheir new lives.
Dinh Ngoc Hai, Chairman of theAssociation, said he hoped the seminar would give young Vietnameseliving in Japan the chance to meet and talk to successful andexperienced entrepreneurs who can provide guidance for their careerchoices and professional aspirations.-VNA
