Digitising airport procedures with biometric technology at Noi Bai Airport

Vietjet passengers traveling on domestic flights departing from Terminal 1 at Noi Bai International Airport can now complete check-in, security screening, and boarding procedures using biometric authentication (eKYC) via the VNeID app.

Hanoi (VNA) – Continuing its pioneering efforts in applying advanced technologies to enhance the flying experience, from now on Vietjet passengers traveling on domestic flights departing from Terminal 1 at Noi Bai International Airport can now complete check-in, security screening, and boarding procedures using biometric authentication (eKYC) via the VNeID app.

Accordingly, passengers with a level 2 verified VNeID account can log in to the VNeID application, book Vietjet tickets and perform online check-in & biometric verification (eKYC) to pass through security as well as automatic, safe, paperless boarding gates, experiencing a more modern and convenient flight experience than ever.
