Hanoi (VNA) - General Secretary of the National Assembly Bui Van Cuong on September 26 announced the termination of duties of Tran Dinh Van as a deputy of the 15th NA.
This decision followed a thorough review process and a secret ballot conducted by the NA Standing Committee a day earlier. It was grounded on the Constitution, the Law on the NA Organisation relevant legal regulations, and opinions from competent authorities.
The NA Standing Committee also considered a proposal from the NA Standing Committee's Board for Deputies' Affairs and Van’s resignation letter dated September 16.
Van represented Constituency No. 03 comprising Bao Loc city and the districts of Bao Lam, Da Huoai, Da Teh and Cat Tien in Lam Dong province./.
