Illustrative image (Photo: VNA) Hoa Binh (VNA) – Competent forces in the northern mountainous province of Hoa Binh on March 6 caught red-handed two individuals transporting two bricks of heroin weighing 688.48 grams.
The two were captured on National Highway 6 in Quy Hau commune, Tan Lac district while they were riding a motorbike in the direction of the northern mountainous province of Son La-Hanoi.
