The deadly storm Ketsana has left a trail of destruction in its path across Southeast Asia, killing nearly 400 people.

At least 11 people have been killed from the storm in Cambodia, 101 in Vietnam and 227 in the Philippines.

The storm has also submerged or otherwise damaged over 350,000 houses in the region, causing an estimated 170 million USD in damage in Vietnam and over 100 million USD in the Philippines.

The region is facing warnings on the imminent arrival of the next tempest, which is en route to the Philippines.

Meteorologists said they watched Typhoon Parma track toward the Philippines with winds gusting up to 150 kph and the super-typhoon was expected to hit the country on October 3./.
