Vietjet opens check-in service in HCM City downtown

Vietjet Air has launched its first check-in service in Ho Chi Minh City’s downtown to help passengers board more easily.

- Vietjet Air has launched its first check-in service inHo Chi Minh City’s downtown to help passengers board more easily.

The carrier said from September 2, its passengers are able to use the downtowncheck-in service as well as other outstanding utilities at 60A Truong Son, Ward2, Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City, at any time.

Passengers can buy add-on services and receive their boarding passes aftercompleting check-in procedures. Checked baggage will be accepted and baggagetags will be issued from November 1.

The new modern ticket office and Vietjet Plaza service complex are equippedwith digital boards to provide information on the schedules of all Vietjetflights.

Passengers who use the free downtown check-in service can go directly to theairport security counter to enter the boarding area.

In addition, Vietjet provides a free shuttle bus to Tan Son Nhat Airport from60A Truong Son every 15 minutes.

On the occasion of the opening, Vietjet is offering free seat selection and 20kilograms of additional checked baggage to all customers who use any of theservices at the new ticket office.

Currently, Vietjet operates around 400 flights daily, carrying more than 80million passengers to date, with 129 routes covering destinations acrossVietnam and international destinations such as Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, theRepublic of Korea, Taiwan, China, Thailand, Myanmar, Malaysia, Indonesia andCambodia.-VNA
