Vientiane (VNA) – The organisation commission of the Vietnamese and Lao Party Central Committees will strengthen coordination and exchange of information and experience in Party building, contributing to successfully implementing the resolutions of their respective parties’ congresses.

Pham Minh Chinh, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee and Head of the Party Central Committee’s Organisation Commission, made the marks at during his August 30 meetings with Politburo member, NA Chairman Pany Yathotou and former Lao Party General Secretary and President Chummaly Sayasone as part of his ongoing visit to Laos.

At the meetings, Chinh congratulated Laos over the successful the 10th National Congress of the Lao People’s Revolutionary Party (LPRP) and 8 th National Assembly Election, expressing his belief that under the sound leadership of the Party, the Lao people will gain more fruitful achievements in their renewal process.

The Vietnamese official updated the hosts on the recent socio-economic development of Vietnam, the Vietnam – Laos relationship, and the outcomes of his meeting with the Lao counterpart Chansy Phosikham on the Party building and organisation.

He expressed his hope that the two National Assemblies will continue providing favourable conditions for the two Party organisation commissions to fulfill their assigned tasks.

For their parts, the Lao leaders hailed the significance of the visit, saying that it contributes to deepening the special solidarity between the two nations.

They appreciated the outcomes of the cooperation between the two countries’ Party organisation commissions over the past time and urged them to increase the exchange of experience, particularly in human resources training and new-style rural area building./.
