According to VSI Deputy Director General Pham Luong Son, theupgrade of the portal is a step forward in carrying out Decree 166/2016/ND-CP,which requires the sector to work towards conducting online transactions insocial, health and unemployment insurances.
Via the portal, businesses can submit insurance documents andsearch for information of workers’ insurance record, while workers can seekinformation of activities of enterprises as well as public services.
People can also give feedbacks to the agency as well astheir questions on policies and rights related to social and health insurancethrough the portal.-VNA
