Hanoi (VNA) – President Tran Dai Quang on October 3 sent a congratulatory message to German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier on the 27th anniversary of Germany’s National Day (October 3).
Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc also took the occasion to extend congratulations to his German counterpart Angela Merkel.
The same day, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Pham Binh Minh cabled a message of congratulations to German Minister of Foreign Affairs Sigmar Gabriel.-VNA
