On the afternoon of April 14, 2025, at the Presidential Palace, Party General Secretary To Lam hosted a formal welcome for General Secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and President of China Xi Jinping who is paying a State visit to Vietnam from April 14-15. The ceremony observed the highest protocol reserved for a head of state.
