14th National Congress of the Vietnam Women's Union opens

The 14th National Congress of the Vietnam Women's Union (VWU) for the 2026–2031 term officially opened on June 18 at the National Convention Centre in Hanoi. The Congress brings together 793 official delegates, who are outstanding women representing different social groups, ethnic communities, religions, professional sectors, and regions across the country.
