- Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, his spouse, and a high-ranking Vietnamese delegation arrived at O.R. Tambo Airport in Johannesburg on November 21 morning, starting their participation in the G20 Summit and a series of bilateral activities in South Africa.

The Algeria Press Service (APS) reported that during a meeting with Brahim Boughali, Speaker of the National People's Assembly (APN) of Algeria, the two sides discussed measures to promote bilateral cooperation across fields. They reviewed the traditional friendship between Vietnam and Algeria and explored ways to strengthen parliamentary cooperation, and expand their partnership, particularly in economic areas. - Deputies to the 15th National Assembly (NA) held group discussions on the draft Law on Artificial Intelligence (AI) on the morning of November 21 as part of their ongoing 10th session.
They voiced strong support for the bill, considering it an essential, forward-looking framework for a technology that will shape Vietnam’s competitiveness in the decades ahead. As countries are accelerating AI investment, the introduction of the law is deemed critical to prevent Vietnam from falling behind and to enable the country to seize emerging technological opportunities, they held. - President of the Senate of the Czech Parliament Milos Vystrcil on November 21 reaffirmed that the Czech Republic remains open to international students, including those from Vietnam, stressing emerging opportunities for cooperation under the Vietnam–Czech Strategic Partnership.

- Over 4,000 years of history have left the Vietnamese people with a rich and diverse cultural heritage. This heritage is not only an invaluable asset for the nation but also an important resource for sustainable development. In the context of strong globalisation and urbanisation, preservation of cultural heritage values has become an essential task.
According to statistics from the Department of Cultural Heritage under the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism, as of mid-2024, there were over 40,000 historical sites across the country, including eight UNESCO World Heritage Sites, 130 special national, 3,621 national, and more than 10,000 provincial relic sites. - A thin layer of frost appeared around the summit of Mount Fansipan in Ta Van commune, Lao Cai province, early this morning as temperatures dipped below 0°C, marking the first frost of the 2025–2026 winter on Vietnam’s highest mountain.
Visitors and local residents reported that the frost formed shortly before dawn, leaving a light white coating on pathways, stone steps and wooden platforms used for cloud viewing.
