Buon Ma Thuot, a city beneath ancient trees

Few cities in Vietnam have retained boulevards shaded by towering old trees quite like Buon Ma Thuot in Dak Lak. Perched on a plateau more than 500 metres above sea level, the city has developed a distinctive urban ecosystem beneath its leafy canopy.
