Binh Phuoc (VNA) – Chinese furniture maker Kuka Home on September 3 signed a contract to rent over 12ha at Dong Xoai III Industrial Park in the southern province of Binh Phuoc to build an interior decoration wooden furniture manufacturing plant.

Once operational, the 50 million USD project is expected to generate jobs for 3,000 – 4,000 workers.

Vice Chairwoman of the provincial People’s Committee Huynh Thi Hang pledged to create all best conditions for the project, saying that Binh Phuoc will work with cities and provinces to recruit manual workers for the plant.

The group now has more than 6,000 outlets and sells products in 120 countries and territories. It had invested in a similar factory in southern Dong Nai province.-VNA
