Hanoi (VNA) – The Ministryof National Defence of Vietnam has been honoured with Cambodia’s Royal Order ofSahametrei-Mahasena (Grand Officer) during a recent inaugural ceremony of thenew headquarters of Cambodia’s Ministry of National Defence.
The constructionof the building began in 2018, funded by the Vietnamese National DefenceMinistry.
Adelegation of Vietnamese Defence Ministry led by Deputy Minister Sen. Lieut.Gen. Vo Minh Luong paid a visit to Cambodia on December 28-30 at the invitationof the Cambodian Defence Ministry.
During thetrip, the delegation laid wreaths and offered incense at a monument forVietnamese volunteer soldiers and visited some units of the Cambodian DefenceMinistry./.
