On the afternoon of September 10 (local time), at the Élysée Palace in Paris, French President Emmanuel Macron and his spouse hosted a welcome ceremony for General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee and President To Lam and his spouse, who are on an official visit to France.
