Gov’t approves 1 bln USD imported gas docks

The Prime Minister has approved a project on building a system of gas import docks at Ham Tan district in the central province of Binh Thuan , according to Do Khang Ninh, General Director of PetroVietnam Gas (PV Gas).
The Prime Minister has approved a project on building a system of gasimport docks at Ham Tan district in the central province of BinhThuan , according to Do Khang Ninh, General Director of PetroVietnamGas (PV Gas).

Accordingly, the docks will include aport where ships go to have gas put on or taken off them and buildingsused for storing gas. The docks project has a total investment of morethan 1 billion USD.

As scheduled, once completedand put into operation, the docks will be capable of receiving about 2-3million tonnes of imported gas per year.

The project planning will be accomplished by PV Gas later this year. The construction was expected to be started by 2012./.

Vietnamese gov’t approves two-year trial of P2P lending

Under the pilot, only P2P lending companies licensed by the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) will be allowed to operate. Foreign banks are excluded from participation.
