Hanoi (VNA) – The music journey “Tu hao Viet Nam” (Be proud of Vietnam) came to a close on the evening of September 2 with a spectacular gala at Dong Kinh Nghia Thuc Square in Hanoi, leaving a lasting impression on the public.

Serving as the symbolic final stop, the event drew more than 10,000 spectators to the heart of the capital. The gala featured artists across generations, delivering fresh and diverse performances. Young composer group DTAP, considered the creative driving force of the journey, stood out for seamlessly blending traditional and contemporary elements, creating an inspiring and engaging musical atmosphere.

The climax arrived when all artists and thousands of spectators sang together in the closing song, turning the square into a “sea of red flags with yellow stars.” A fireworks display over Hoan Kiem Lake capped the programme, underscoring the spirit of the National Day and celebrating 80 years of national pride.
