Vietnamese leaders on September 27 cabled messages of congratulations to their Turkmen counterparts on the occasion of the 31st Independence Day of Turkmenistan.
Hanoi (VNA) – Vietnamese leaders on September 27 cabled messagesof congratulations to their Turkmen counterparts on the occasion of the 31st Independence Day of Turkmenistan.

President Nguyen Xuan Phuc sent a congratulatory message to President Serdar Berdimuhamedovwhile National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue cabled similar messages to President ofthe People’s Council Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and Chairwoman of the NationalCouncil Gulshat Mammedova.

The same day, ForeignMinister Bui Thanh Son also sent congratulations to his Turkmen counterpart RashidMeredov./.

Vietnam, Indonesia promote collaboration in personnel training

To formalise cooperation in personnel training and development between the two countries, as well as between the HCMA and Lemhannas, the Vietnamese official suggested that the international cooperation units of both sides create a priority cooperation framework and prepare to sign a memorandum of understanding.
