- In celebration of the 95th founding anniversary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) (February 3, 1930–2025), General Secretary of the CPV Central Committee To Lam has written an article titled “Rang ro Viet Nam” (Shining Vietnam).

Over the past 95 years, the CPV – the vanguard of the working class, the working people and the Vietnamese people – has led the country through countless hardships and challenges to achieve great victories and achievements, leaving a lasting imprint on the nation's glorious history. - On the occasion of the 95th founding anniversary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) (February 3, 1930–2025), leaders of many political parties and countries have continued to send congratulations to the CPV Central Committee and its General Secretary To Lam.

In his congratulatory letter, President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko wrote that the CPV members are always examples of true patriots who have pioneered in the political and socio-economic development of the Fatherland to build a strong sovereign country. Today, the CPV is continuing the cause of socialism building and promoting Vietnam’s role and prestige in the region and the world. Read full story

- Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, head of the State Steering Committee for nationally important transport projects, examined the progress of the Dong Dang – Tra Linh and Huu Nghi – Chi Lang expressway projects in the northern border provinces of Cao Bang and Lang Son on February 2.

In the first phase, the Dong Dang (Lang Son) – Tra Linh (Cao Bang) expressway project is over 93km long and has four lanes with a designed speed of 80km per hour. It is invested with more than 14 trillion VND (over 558 million USD) in the build – operate – transfer (BOT) format by the Deo Ca Group. Read full story

- Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh offered flowers and incense at the Ho Chi Minh Memorial House in the Special National Historical Site of the 1950 Border Campaign Victory in Cao Bang on February 2 during his working trip to the northern province.

The site, located in Duc Long commune, Thach An district, marks the event when President Ho Chi Minh directly observed and directed the Dong Khe battle, which opened the 1950 Border Campaign. Read full story

- Dr. Sun Wenbin, Director of the Hong Kong Chronicles Institute, has highlighted the importance of President Ho Chi Minh’s revolutionary activities and establishment of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) in Hong Kong to the Vietnam – China relations.

Talking to the Vietnam News Agency ahead of the CPV’s 95th founding anniversary (February 3, 1930–2025), Sun noted that in the 1920s, the Vietnamese leader was an active revolutionary in France, where he met and had close relations with some patriotic youths of China studying there such as Xiao San, Zhou Enlai, and Li Fuchun. In a recent interview granted to the Vietnam News Agency on the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2025, the Dutch diplomat shared his assessments of Vietnam’s socio-economic development and international integration in 2024, the development of the two countries’ relations in various fields, and the potential for cooperation in semi-conductor industry. - Vietnam’s industrial real estate sector is expected to experience robust growth in 2025, driven by domestic economic growth factors such as foreign direct investment (FDI), infrastructure development, and an improved investment environment.

The Ministry of Planning and Investment reports that the industrial real estate market showed signs of improvement in 2024, with increased supply. Dr. Nguyen Thi Ha, Deputy Director of the Institute of Economics and Finance at the Academy of Finance, noted that the industrial sector saw better absorption, particularly in key areas like Ho Chi Minh City, Dong Nai, and Bac Ninh./.
