Party and State leaders attend preparatory session of 14th National Party Congress

On the morning of January 19, 2026, following a tribute to President Ho Chi Minh at his Mausoleum and an incense-offering ceremony at the Monument to Heroes and Martyrs, Party General Secretary To Lam, along with other Party and State leaders and delegates to the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam, arrived at the National Convention Centre in Hanoi for the preparatory session.
