Reference exchange rate jumps 20 VND

With the current trading band of + /- 3 percent, the ceiling rate applied to commercial banks during the day is 23,245 VND/USD and the floor rate 21,891 VND/USD.
However, the opening hour rates at major commercial banks continued to stand still.
Vietcombank and BIDV kept their rates unchanged for the third day since the start of the week, at 22,735 VND/USD (buying) and 22,805 VND/USD (selling).
The rates at Techcombank also stayed at the same level as on the two previous days, at 22,715 VND/USD and 22,815 VND/USD.-VNA
