Reference exchange rate unchanged on December 25
The State Bank of Vietnam kept the daily reference exchange rate on December 25 unchanged from the previous day at 22,790 VND/USD.

With the current trading band of +/- 3 percent, the ceiling rate applied by commercial banks for the day is 23,473 VND/USD and the floor rate is 22,107 VND/USD.
At 8:15 at the transaction office of the State Bank of Vietnam, the buying and selling rates were 22,700 – 23,424 VND/USD, unchanged from December 24.
The opening hour rates listed at commercial banks continued being stable.
Vietcombank posted 23,230 – 23,320 VND/USD for its buying and selling rates, down 15 VND from the day ago.
At BIDV, the buying and selling rates were 23,235 – 23,325 VND/USD, unchanged from the December 24.
Techcombank also kept its buying and selling rates unchanged from the previous day at 22,220 – 23,330 VND/USD. -VNA
