SIPAS 2021: Quang Ninh tops ranking for three consecutive years
SIPAS (short for Satisfaction Index of Public Administration Services) aims to assess the quality of public services delivered by State administrative agencies. The index is made with five basic factors, including access to services, administrative procedures, public servants, service results, and receiving and handling of feedback.
The northern province of Quang Ninh continues topping the 2020 Public Administration Reform (PAR) Index, the Government’s Steering Committee for Administrative Reform has announced.
The measurement of public satisfaction on State services aims to objectively assess the quality of State administrative agencies’ services and their provision. It is based on five criteria: access to services, administrative procedures, civil servants, service outcomes and complaint settlement.
The People’s Committee of Hanoi has ordered local public agencies to take stronger actions to improve its Satisfaction Index of Public Administration Services (SIPAS).
