Earlier, Xuan led a delegation to pay tribute to President Ho Chi Minh at theKim Lien special national heritage site in Nam Dan district.
She also presented 100 gift packages to disadvantaged students for theiroutstanding academic achievements, as well as 30 gifts and 10 houses worth 500million VND (about 22,000 USD) to social policy beneficiaries in Nam Dan district.

President Nguyen Xuan Phuc on December 12 asked the central province of Nghe An, the native land of President Ho Chi Minh, to preserve and uphold the heritage of the late leader.
