Viglacera named among top 10 best industrial real estate developers
Viglacera Corporation JSC, a leading real estate and building materials group in Vietnam, said it has been named in the top 10 best industrial real estate developers in 2022.
Illustrative image (Photo: Viglacera) The award was given to the firm at a recent ceremony honouring leading real estate companies in 2022-2023 organised by Reatimes – an online real estate magazine in Vietnam, and the Vietnam Institute of Real Estate Studies (VIRES) under the sponsorship of the Vietnam National Real Estate Association.
This is the second consecutive year Viglacera has been awarded the title, affirming its firm position in industrial real estate.
It has attracted 300 domestic and foreign businesses, with total foreign investment amounting to over 16 billion USD, including capital from such big names as Samsung Electronics, Samsung Display, Amkor, Hyosung, Orion, Lock&Lock, BYD, Iljin Diamond and Foxconn.
With more than 20 years of experience, Viglacera has invested in 12 industrial park projects covering 4,000 hectares, of which 11 are located in Vietnam and another in Cuba.
The corporation said it aims to become a multinational business, focusing on the two core areas of producing construction materials and developing real estate projects./.
