The event attracted hundreds of delegates from many fields along with five guests of the programme to talk about start-up.

Dr. Nguyen Thanh Nam, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of FPT University, said to start a business, start-ups need to have personal motivation and great aspiration. Accessing the quality education in Japan is a strong point that helps start-ups to find solutions to problems in a logical and basic manner so as to organise their company’s operation and create profit values. In addition, start-ups need to attach importance to building a corporate culture based on its own values.

Answering the question "starting a business start from heart or mind", Tran Thi Thu Ha, Deputy Director of the National Department of Science and Technology Information under the Ministry of Science and Technology, said there is no clear limit on those who can become a great entrepreneur. What makes a successful entrepreneur first is in their own mind. For scientists who want to solve the 'pains' of society with innovative solutions - that is the mind, but it also comes from the start-ups’ desire to change society.

Also present at the event, speakers such as Nguyen Tuan Duc, CEO of Aimesoft Company; Dao Ngoc Thanh, CEO of BAP IT Co., shared their motivation to help young people to confront with difficulties and challenges, especially when start-up companies are in the process of developing the quality and shaping core value.
