- Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has just signed a document requesting moreefforts to promote the development of and remove obstacles to the real estatemarket.

He asked ministries, agencies and People’s Committees of provinces andcentrally-run cities to strictly follow  the Government’s resolution dated March 11, 2023 on several measures tosolve difficulties for and promote the safe, healthy and sustainable developmentof the market. Read full story

- Deputy Prime Minister Tran Luu Quang has signed a dispatch on thecancellation of World Bank (WB) loans due to the unusability, and there-allocation and use of the cancelled International Development Association(IDA) loans in the 2022 - 2023 fiscal year. Read full story

- Deputy Minister of Finance Do Thanh Hung is leading a Vietnamese delegationto the ASEAN Finance Ministers' and Central Bank Governors' Meeting (AFMGM) andrelated meetings, which opened in Bali, Indonesia on March 28.

The four-day AFMGM comprises 24 meetings, including those at the ministerialand deputy ministerial levels, and sideline meetings themed “ExploringIndonesia” to introduce and promote the culture of Sulawesi and Kalimantanregions, and introduce tourism potential of Indonesia. Read full story

- The People's Council of Da Nang city has just approved a resolution on the cityMaster Plan for the 2021-2030 period, with a vision to 2050 which will be soonsubmitted to the government for approval.

Accordingly, by 2030, the city expects to achieve an average annual economicgrowth rate of 9.5-10% and a gross regional domestic product (GRDP) per capitaof about 200-220 million VND (8,500 – 9,350 USD) per person. Read full story

- Five caves were recently discovered in Lam Hoa commune of Tuyen Hoa districtin the central province of Quang Binh by experts of the British Royal CaveAssociation.

Running for a total length of 3,349m, the caves also feature underground riverswhich are completely pristine. They have duly been named Hung Tru 1, Hung Tru2, Hung Tru 3, Hung Ka Vong 1, and Hung Ka Vong 2. Read full story./.

Fatherland front asked to better serve as political nucleus in strengthening great national unity

NA Standing Committee inspects election preparations in Ca Mau

In Ca Mau, 13 candidates have been introduced for the National Assembly, 73 for the provincial People’s Council, and 1,469 for commune-level People’s Councils. The provincial election committee has designated five NA constituencies and 18 constituencies for People’s Councils at provincial and commune levels.

National Assembly Standing Committee convenes 53rd session

NA Chairman Man said the 53rd session will review and approve two resolutions on specific matters relating to the organisational structure and the contingent of prosecutors of the Supreme People’s Procuracy, as well as consider the NA’s people's aspiration report in December 2025.

Prime Minister outlines five specific strategies for Government’s Party Committee

PM Chinh noted that the Government’s Party Committee exercised comprehensive leadership over the Government's operations, proactively and effectively responded to emerging issues, with a particular focus on socio-economic development. As a result, 2025 witnessed high economic growth, sustained macroeconomic stability and ensured major balances.
