Hanoi (VNA) - To help people feel the pulse of travel in 2024, one of the world's leading online travel platforms,  Booking.com, has announced global booking trends to share the top trending domestic destinations for Vietnamese travelers this year based on booking data from the platform.

According to the 2024 Travel Predictions research commissioned by Booking, an impressive 81% of Vietnamese travellers expressed excitement about exploring delicious cuisines, immersing themselves in nature for rejuvenation, or venturing into unexplored destinations.

Unique lands

A sojourn to Bac Lieu, nestled in the Mekong Delta province where the cultures of the Kinh, Hoa (Chinese), and Khmer ethnic groups converge, offers visitors a chance to submerge themselves in a spacious and wholesome environment surrounded by bird gardens, lychee orchards and mangrove forests. They could also become engrossed in captivating stories about the wealthy gentleman of Bac Lieu called "Prince" Bac Lieu, and musician Cao Van Lau, and explore the distinctive cultural architectural structures of this land as well.
