Dong Nai-based company imports cows from Australia

A batch of 1,500 live cows imported from Australia by the Trung Dong company arrived at the Go Dau port, the southern province of Dong Nai, on October 9.

This is the second time the company hasbought cows from Australia to provide the local market with highquality and affordable beef, said Truong Thi Dong, director of TrungDong company.

This time last year, the company spent 1.5 millionUSD on importing 1,500 cows from Australia and another 1.5 millionUSD on cattle farming and slaughter facilities.-VNA
