Under the decision issued on February 22, the investment capital for the project will be increased to 9,664 billion VND (about 460 million USD).
In the previous approved plan, total investment of the project was 304.72 million USD, 165.3 million USD of which was sourced from the World Bank.
Construction adjustments relate to express bus routes and flyovers in the city.-VNA
