Mr. Trinh Ke Thanh and Ms. Pham Thi Thuy are the owners of the restaurant. Thanh and Thuy have been selling the chicken noodle for more than 12 years. Noodle and chicken cooked with Chinese traditional herbal is a delicious and nutritious dish that helps to foster health, especially for the long-term sick and debilitated person. Chicken drumsticks used for the dish are industrial chicken with food hygiene inspection. After preliminary processing, the chicken is soaked with Chinese herbs and seasoned with spices. Wormwood used for the dish is grown by Thuy’s family in the alluvial ground in the middle of the Red River. After the chicken is stewed to the right degree, Thuy puts the chicken with wormwood in a can. That is why this is called the chicken dish in cans.
