At the Vietnam-Ukraine trade exchange in Ho ChiMinh City on October 2, Khanh said the two countries have recordedoutstanding results in economic and trade fields apart from finedevelopment in politics and diplomacy.
Representative of the Vietnam-Ukraine Inter-Governmental Committee VasyTushko said Vietnam and Ukraine should consolidate traditionalrelations and further cement their economic, trade and investmentrelations.
Both countries’ businesses should be moreactive in trade exchange, he said, adding that mutual cooperation andassistance help the two countries gain successes in the internationalarena.
They will be provided with market information,consultation and assistance in settling their difficulties when joiningthe Vietnam-Ukraine business council, he added.
Theevent saw the attendance of Ukrainian businesses operating in textileand garments, chemicals, shipbuilding, aviation, equipment for oil andgas sector, education and training.
At present,Vietnam exports seafood, farm, handicraft and timber products, garmentand textiles, footwear to Ukraine and imports steel products, machinery, chemicals and fertiliser from the country./.
