Hanoi (VNA) - The Startup Vietnam Fund (SVF) and the Institute for Business and Economic Policy (IBEP) on September 20 launched the Inno2GG 2025 initiative - a special event of learning and experiential activities held at Ton Duc Thang University in Ho Chi Minh City.

The goal of the event is to create a foundation to help communities seek resources, connect partners, learn and develop together, and share collective values that positively impact the nation. It also aims to enhance leadership capacity, establish cooperation mechanisms, and perfect a sustainable pioneering community operating model.

It also provides funding packages to offer support to each community, especially focusing on developing the capabilities of community leaders, experts, entrepreneurs, and young talents within the community.

The event is expected to become a multidimensional connecting space where community leaders, businesses, investors, experts, and young talents come together to redefine the concept of prosperity and sustainable development, turning visions into concrete actions.

Nguyen Nha Quyen, Chief Operating Officer at SVF, said that prosperity in the new era is not just about material wealth, but a sustainable state of development built on connected values. These are the happiness and growth of each individual, the responsibility of businesses, the cohesion of communities, and the harmonious and enduring existence of the nation.

The two-day event brings together speakers who are leaders from pioneering communities making real-world impacts, such as Futuremakers Vietnam, YBI, CEO Tinh Thuc (CEO Awakening), JCI Vietnam, and Code to Happiness. They offer insights into personal development, leadership skills, and community culture.

In addition, pioneering businesses pursuing environmental, social and governance (ESG) strategies such as Standard Chartered, Biti’s, Vu Phong Energy Group, ABBANK, and DRD, not only share practical lessons on sustainable business models that balance profits with responsibilities but also actively participate as speakers and advisors in the discussion sessions.

Pham Duy Hieu, CEO of ABBANK and Chairman of the SVF Management Board, emphasised that a strong community helps businesses avoid ‘buying’ attention and instead creates natural engagement, trust, and organic influence.

Themed “Together We Learn, Faster We Act,” Inno2GG 2025 is designed as a journey of transformation where participants not only "listen" but also "absorb," not just "learn" but also "act."

On September 20, with the theme "Inspiration and Co-Creation," the event focused on sparking new ideas and co-creating concepts through intensive "idea lab" sessions with experts and advisors. The best ideas will have the opportunity to receive immediate support commitments during the pitch session.

On the second day - a day of commitments to action, the highlight will be the Demo Day of the Co4Growth (collaboration for growth) programme, where five outstanding startups will receive 4,000 USD in funding each. The "Talented Youth Forum" will also showcase breakthrough projects by the next generation. The event will conclude with a strategic action roadmap, turning inspiration into sustainable development.

Inno2GG 2025 is expected not only to be a milestone event of the year but also to become an annual initiative, laying the foundational bricks for a prosperous future where all members of society have the opportunity to grow and shine./.
