Businesses in Russia ’s central province of Riazan are eager to find Vietnamese partners in economics, culture and education, said the Governor of Riazan Oleg Kovalev.

Kovalev stated this while receiving Vietnamese Ambassador to Russia Bui Dinh Dinh, and a number of Vietnamese businesspeople who paid a two-day fact finding tour of the province that ended on June 10.

He pledged to create the best possible conditions for Vietnamese enterprises to do business in the country.

Ambassador Dinh said that many Vietnamese businesses want to find partners in Riazan and Russia as a whole.

He also suggested that Riazan’s leaders encourage more Russian businesses to seek out investment opportunities in Vietnam .

The Director of Riazan’s Education Department, Nadezhda Bushkova, said that the province’s education sector is ready to work with Vietnamese colleges and universities to receive more Vietnamese students at its universities.

In another meeting with the Director of Riazan’s Immigration Department, Vyacheslav Komarov, the Vietnamese delegation asked for a solid legal foundation for the Vietnamese community to be able to live and do business in the province./.
